Elegant Dallas Restaurant's Fish from Hawaii Stays Fresher with Humitech Humidity Control Panels

Chef and owner Joseph Maher of Mirabelle restaurant has his fish flown in fresh from Hawaii twice a week. His main concern was keeping a lower temperature in the restaurant's cooler.
