The two companies have certified over 150,000 students

New TxDriving.com students will be directed to DefensiveDriving.com after final approval is received from the Texas Education Agency on March 1. Due to a confidentiality agreement between the two companies, the purchase price is not disclosed.

With this acquisition, DefensiveDriving.com will control 15% of the market share after just two years of operation. The combined company is preferred 10 to 1 over other online competition, with word-of-mouth advertising from friends, family, coworkers, courts, law enforcement, and insurance companies driving almost 30% of new students to the site.
